Web3 Film Festival Marketplace Rebuild
Complete rebuild of a Web3 film festival platform from a legacy Angular codebase originally delivered by a major consultancy. The inherited project suffered from critical bugs, non-functional features, and spaghetti code. Rebuilt from scratch in React/Next.js — a marketplace where users can mint, buy, and sell films as digital assets. The in-house team could finally own and extend the codebase without outside help.
